As an IFTF Engagement Manager, JoAnn Monroe works closely with her colleagues to build sponsor relationships through proactive outreach while supporting her team in account management, demand creation, and data review for internal analytics. She has 10 years of experience in sales support and account management and brings a passion for communicating ideas that improve client success. Prior to joining IFTF, JoAnn worked as a sales administration assistant, a contract administrator, and a high school academic counselor. She holds a B.A in Liberal Studies and a Master’s in Educational Counseling.
